Kelly Smith, Star Tribune’s reports that Minneapolis City Council member Jamal Osman’s spouse, Ilo Amba founded a non-profit to feed children that is tied to the Feeding Our Future Fraud investigation. Smith reports that Amba was not charged or accused of fraud.
