This story is developing. FOX 9 reports Eden Prairie Police stated that a preliminary investigation indicated that a 19 year-old man approached a Scheels employee to view a semi-automatic pistol in their gun department. The employee gave the weapon, but he ran across the store towards the archery area. He loaded the handgun then fired one shot . According to police, the man may have brought his own ammunition into this store. Scheels at Eden Prairie Center were expected to reopen on Tuesday at noon.
